Responsibilities:
- Assist the Public Realm Operations Manager to deliver a customer‑focussed, safe and efficient Public Realm service.
- Manage staff, cleansing and grounds maintenance rounds and schedules, training and health and safety objectives.
- Maintain the environmental quality of the City and ensure Service Level Agreements are delivered and maintained.
- Shape the delivery of these services to meet objectives, timescales and deliver a clean and welcoming city for residents and visitors.
- Manage and motivate the team and deal with customer complaints and queries.
