Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Public Realm Operations Manager to deliver a customer‑focussed, safe and efficient Public Realm service.
  • Manage staff, cleansing and grounds maintenance rounds and schedules, training and health and safety objectives.
  • Maintain the environmental quality of the City and ensure Service Level Agreements are delivered and maintained.
  • Shape the delivery of these services to meet objectives, timescales and deliver a clean and welcoming city for residents and visitors.
  • Manage and motivate the team and deal with customer complaints and queries.

Requirements:

  • Hold a driving licence.
  • Suitable as a job sharing position.
