The Joseph Rowntree School is looking to recruit a highly efficient, organised and committed Administrative Officer who possesses strong ICT skills (including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications), excellent word processing skills, a background of using databases and the ability to pick up various school systems.
You will be a great team player, hardworking and able to thrive under pressure, maintaining organisation and discipline in the face of conflicting priorities. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
