This is an exciting opportunity to join our compassionate, inclusive, and values‑driven organisation during a significant period of change as we transition to integrated commissioning across the Local Authority (CYC) and the Integrated Care Board (ICB). As a key member of the Integrated Commissioning Team, you will work closely with the Team Manager and ICB partners to support the implementation of this change.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Team Manager and ICB partners to support the implementation of integrated commissioning.
  • Collaborate with the Integrated Team Manager to provide business support across commissioning, contracting, and brokerage functions.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and motivated, committed to high standards and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of legislation and ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CYC staff, ICB partners, non‑NHS organizations, and the public.
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with performance management.
  • Experience in strengths‑based practices.
  • Public‑facing role: competency in speaking English at CEFR level C1 (fluent, spontaneous, natural flow).
