Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the organisation, its aims, objectives and priorities, and the impact of major business change programmes on the organisation.
  • Build productive relationships with business customers, meeting with all levels of business users to elicit requirements.
  • Define and analyse existing KPIs and underlying processes to identify efficiencies, reduce waste and increase levels of STP.
  • Map and document business processes, capture system dependencies and interfaces, identify risks and define appropriate controls.
  • Prepare procedures documentation to support key business processes, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly set out.
  • Prepare systems and data maps to optimise data capture, storage and flows, maintaining overall data integrity.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Analyst with a strong background in regulatory or financial services. You should be skilled in process mapping, stakeholder engagement and driving operational improvements through data, systems and process analysis. Delivery-focused, collaborative and able to work independently, you will support and lead projects aligned with our transformation goals.
