We have high aspirations for our learners and staff, and this role is pivotal in supporting the College’s mission to be consistently great, ensuring that students gain the qualifications, skills and confidence to progress into employment, apprenticeships, further training and higher education.

We are now seeking a new Head of Curriculum Development. You will provide management, development and implementation of a responsive and innovative curriculum that aligns with the College’s overall strategy, ensuring high levels of success and value for money. Reporting directly to the Assistant Principal: Curriculum, you will ensure curriculum design delivers exceptional teaching and learning, enabling students to achieve and progress, achieving success measures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, development and implementation of a responsive and innovative curriculum aligned with the College’s overall strategy, ensuring high levels of success and value for money.
  • Ensure curriculum design delivers exceptional teaching and learning, enabling students to achieve and progress, achieving success measures.
  • Report to the Assistant Principal: Curriculum and collaborate with stakeholders to support student progress and staff development.
