What the Job Involves
You will be responsible for the efficient administration, monitoring, and enforcement of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (S106) agreements at Westminster City Council. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing S106 agreements to ensure planning obligations and payments are applied and collected on time. You will determine CIL liabilities, process relevant notices, and ensure secured funding is allocated appropriately. Compliance with legislation is crucial, and you will support the Mayor of London's CILs administration, maintaining accurate records and responding to Freedom of Information requests. You will provide management information, prepare statutory statistical returns, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. You will work full-time, 36 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, combining in-office (minimum two days) and remote work. Your role will involve collaborating with and reporting to the IPD Programme Manager.
