We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated ESOL Lecturer to join our busy, supportive and professional Skills for Work ESOL team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ESOL practitioner who is passionate about supporting adult learners to develop the English language skills they need for work, training and everyday life.

You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in English or a related subject area and have the ability to engage, motivate and inspire adult learners from a wide range of backgrounds. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and adaptable ESOL Lecturer who brings strong communication skills, a learner-centred approach, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a collaborative team.
