Salary: SCP 14, £29,181.00 per annum (Grade 3A)

Key Responsibilities
- Support, influence, and improve behaviour standards across the College, improving the attendance, retention and achievement of students – through a proactive and visible presence on campus, challenging unsafe behaviours and educating learners to enable them to make better choices.
- Act as a campus lead for all daytime incidents, in support of and in collaboration with relevant colleagues, escalating matters to management as judged appropriate and in the context of policy, procedure and responsible practice.
- Oversee and guide Positive Behaviour Practitioners to ensure effective teamwork for campus behaviour and safety management.
- Serve as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, acting as first point of contact for safeguarding referrals, interventions and concerns, liaising with appropriate external agencies as relevant.
- Work with young people with challenging behaviours and handle sensitive and confidential matters.

- Significant experience working with young people with challenging behaviours and managing sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong team player with an organised, positive attitude to work.
- Demonstrated negotiating and influencing skills.
