The Strategy & Performance team plays a vital role insupporting the City’s long-term sustainability. As RiskCoordinator, you’ll lead the implementation of enterpriserisk management practices and help shape a culture ofaccountability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Provide expert advice on strategic, service, andproject-related risks
  • Lead the maintenance of the City’s corporate riskregisters and reporting
  • Oversee the implementation of risk management software andtraining
  • Coordinate the City’s Accountable Stirling ManagementGroup
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans across allservices
  • Support integration of risk into the City’sIntegrated Planning and Reporting Framework
  • Lead communication and training programs to build riskawareness

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a confident and collaborative leaderwith a passion for risk and improvement. You’ll ideallybring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalentexperience
  • Understanding of AS/NZS ISO 31000:2018 risk managementstandards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in policy and procedure development
  • Experience in complex environments requiring legislativeinterpretation
  • CPRM or CRMT certification (desirable)
