In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the nuclear business across the United Kingdom at Final Control level.
- Establish market analysis on current installed base, with understanding from local and international competition on Control, Safety and Isolation valves.
- Define and conduct installed base development initiatives.
- Be the local nuclear representative for new projects under construction or forecasted, including the United Kingdom PWR program EPR in Hinkley Point and Sizewell, as well as UK SMR for both GBN-E and private investment projects (RR-SMR, AP300, Xe-100 and EDF/Holtec).
- Provide market intelligence on competition to maximize Emerson's future installed base Global Business development on SMR, GEN IV nuclear reactors, to define and maximize Emerson's potential scope of supply focused on key targeted projects (UK SMR, South Korea KAERI, Nuward, NuScale, Candu SMR, GE-Hitachi BWR).
- Own Order Budget and establish SOP/POR Process covering all nuclear manufacturing locations (with mid and long-term vision) for UK Territory.
- Take part and develop EMERSON in the United Kingdom nuclear community and associations.
- Have a broad communication role with EMERSON local Organization and with local EPC Management and National Safety Authorities.
- Visit customers and perform presentations as necessary to win orders.
- Ensure business is conducted in compliance with nuclear safety requirements and in accordance with the company ethics policy, quality systems and trade compliance procedures.

- Sales experience in the power generation industry, preferably cross business unit and with basic experience in nuclear applications.
- Proven background in proactive frontline selling within a technical environment.
- Technical qualification – Engineering degree.
- Nuclear Industry knowledge / Business knowledge.
- Demonstrable business acumen and experience.
- Experience of cross-functional team leadership.
- Ability to work within a complex matrix organization.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
