We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Graduate People Services Coordinator to join our People Services Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced HR environment, develop your knowledge of HR processes and systems, and build a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Gain Exposure Across the Employee Lifecycle - Support a variety of HR processes from onboarding new starters to managing employee records, contract changes, supporting leavers, giving you a broad understanding of core HR operations.
  • Help Create a Great New Starter Experience - Assist with preparing offer letters, contracts, right-to-work documentation, and onboarding activities to ensure employees feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  • Develop Your HR Systems Knowledge - Learn how to maintain employee records using Oracle HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while gaining valuable experience with HR technology.
  • Support Managers and Employees - Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, helping employees and managers navigate processes and providing excellent customer service.
  • Build Reporting and Data Skills - Prepare regular reports for HR, Payroll, Finance, and other departments, developing your analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Get Involved in Key HR Projects - Work alongside HR Business Partners on important initiatives such as annual salary reviews, bonus processes, employee communications, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Learn About Payroll and Benefits - Support payroll administration and gain exposure to employee benefits, including private medical cover, company cars, cycle-to-work schemes, and long-service awards.
  • Contribute to Process Improvements - Bring fresh ideas and help identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
