We have an exciting new opening for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our successful team in Stockport. The primary function of the role is to assist customers by identifying the best solution for their application, offers and sells complete product solutions; provides commercial and technical support to customers; always aims to provide the highest standards of customer service, works with peers including, Outside Sales, Service Engineers, Product Managers, and Regional Business Director.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Customer Inquiry Analysis & Proposal Development: Carefully analyze customer inquiries to understand their specific needs. Develop precise and thoughtful proposals that align with those requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Field Sales and Account Management to streamline sales strategies and customer engagements. Your role in these partnerships will be crucial for delivering cohesive and effective solutions.
  • Order Accuracy & Management: Focus on the meticulous management of proposals and orders, ensuring every detail is correct and every process is followed to maintain the integrity and reliability of our sales operations.
  • Relationship Support: Support the development of customer relationships through thoughtful communication and reliable follow-ups. Your contributions will help build a foundation of trust and respect with our clients.

  • Clear Technical Communication: The ability to convey technical information in a clear, concise manner is key from the start. You'll need to balance technical accuracy with simplicity to ensure our solutions are both effective and understandable.
