About the Role
In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Active in Ryde Program, assisting with community events and recreational activities across Council’s Parks and Open Spaces. This will involve working closely with numerous stakeholders to facilitate the success of the Active in Ryde events. You will also contribute to providing high-quality customer service while promoting a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all participants.
About You
We are looking for someone who has a strong background coaching or teaching young people in sports. In addition, you will also have:
- ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including parents, students and colleagues
- Current First Aid Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Education (primary or secondary) is preferred
Your commencing annual salary will range from $28.29 to $36.78 per hour + Superannuation + Casual Loading, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
