You will play a key role in the Quality Team to deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure effective coordination and delivery of quality assurance processes in the college.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for the Quality Team, handling enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person.
  • Deliver efficient administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and producing agendas and minutes.
  • Support the planning and delivery of the annual Quality Cycle.
  • Collate and manage key data such as student voice, staff feedback, and observation outcomes.
  • Assist with data analysis and report preparation.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant quality assurance documentation.
  • Contribute to team and college meetings, capturing clear and concise notes.
  • Develop knowledge of quality processes to effectively support staff queries.
  • Manage purchase orders and monitor departmental spend.
  • Keep the Quality Hub up to date with relevant information.
  • Provide flexible support across the Quality Team as needed.
  • Collaborate with wider administrative teams to ensure seamless cover and support.

It requires a professional, proactive, and adaptable individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus. As a confident communicator, you'll build strong relationships across the organisation while anticipating priorities and managing workloads across daily, monthly, and annual cycles. Discretion, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. The role also requires a willingness to take ownership, improve processes, and contribute positively to the continual development of systems and practices within the Quality Team.
