About The Role
As the Study Centre Lead you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and effectiveness of the study centre here at COPC. You will be responsible for ensuring that students have access to a range of resources, including books, computers and study materials. You will also be collaborating with academic staff to develop programs and services that support student learning and success. Additionally, you may also be involved in budget management, organising workshops or events and implementing processes to enhance the overall learning experience within the college.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the day-to-day operations of the study centre at your campus
- Supporting in the development of processes and guidelines for study centre operatives
- Collaborate with academic staff to identify and address student learning needs and support academic programmes
- Coordinate workshops, events and activities to promote student learning and engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student success and academic achievement
