City of Portsmouth College is seeking a SEND Transitional Coach to support students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities as they transition from school to further learning, training and employment. You will develop enrichment and enterprise programmes to enhance students’ skills and employability.
You will liaise with parents, carers and external organisations, and help plan SEND events while promoting progression opportunities across campus.
