City of Portsmouth College is seeking a Caretaker to support the Site Supervisor and Head of Estates in the day-to-day running, presentation and security of campus sites. The role focuses on keeping a warm, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff and visitors.
As a sessional post with no guaranteed hours, you will:
- Undertake campus maintenance and repairs
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Assist with unlocking/locking and security checks
- Report any building defects
