The Apprenticeship Liaison Officer will be responsible for supporting apprentices throughout their journey, from recruitment to completion. This role involves liaising with employers, apprentices, and academic staff to ensure apprenticeships are effectively managed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for apprentices and employers, providing guidance and support throughout the apprenticeship programme
- Coordinate apprenticeship recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies and screening applicants
- Monitor apprentices\' progress and provide ongoing support and advice
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and funding requirements
- Organise and attend review meetings with apprentices and employers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to apprenticeship programmes
- Collaborate with academic and support staff to enhance the apprenticeship experience
- Evidence of commitment to professional development
- A good standard of Maths and English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in apprenticeship coordination or a similar role is desirable
