About the Role
The People Services and Experience Officer plays a key role within the People, Culture and Safety team, delivering high-quality, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle. As a first point of contact for employees, candidates and leaders, you’ll provide responsive, accurate and proactive support across recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. This is a highly service-oriented role where attention to detail, strong systems capability and professionalism are essential. You’ll help create a seamless and positive employee experience by ensuring processes are efficient, compliant and aligned to organisational values.

- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email and digital channels, resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing employment offers and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
