Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:00pm.

Overview
The City of London’s Barbican Estate Property Services Team manages 2,000 leasehold flats within the Barbican Estate. We are undertaking an ambitious programme of renewal, modernisation and refurbishment over the next 30 years. As Senior Principal Project Managers, you will support client‑side governance, contract management and effective collaboration with consultants and contractors to deliver refurbishment projects and major works.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client‑side governance for refurbishment projects and major works.
- Manage contracts and ensure delivery to agreed quality, cost and time parameters.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors and customers to resolve issues and maintain stakeholder confidence.
- Provide project management expertise to support the delivery of building fabric, services and public realm works.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong project management skills and experience in refurbishment or major works projects.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting delivery of refurbishment projects and major works.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
- Customer‑focused attitude, drive and enthusiasm.
- Standard Disclosure & Barring Service check (required).
