Salary: £66,190 – £75,010 inclusive of London Weighting. This post also attracts a Market Forces Supplement of up to £10,560.

Hybrid – you’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.

We are seeking to recruit a Principal Lawyer who can demonstrate excellent legal, technical and professional skills to advise on a wide range of legal issues, on all aspects of Commercial Property Law including sales, acquisitions, restructuring ground leases, rights of light and infrastructure projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Applicants will be solicitors or barristers FILEX/CILEX members with the appropriate level of post qualification experience.
  2. Preferably some experience at a senior level in local government.
