Contract: Full-time, Permanent; 35 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 9:15am‑5:00pm); Hybrid workplace
Responsibilities
- Manage diary, arrange travel, coordinate conferences
- Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, general typing
- Carry out project work on behalf of the Director, including confidential filing systems
- Organise events at the Barbican Estate (catering, equipment, logistics)
- Assume some budgetary responsibilities on a project basis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior senior administrative experience, including project or event management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with stakeholders in housing or property management
- Familiarity with developing policies and procedures and undertaking research work
