The City of London Corporation is seeking a Repairs Supervisor to lead the Barbican Repairs Team on the Barbican Residential Estate. The role is responsible for the safe, timely delivery of reactive and minor planned repairs, ensuring works meet quality thresholds.
The post holder will own operational performance, manage live WIP and SLAs, act as technical lead, provide diagnostic input and post-inspection oversight, and coordinate complex, multi-trade work for end-to-end delivery.
