Central London Forward (CLF) is a partnership of the 12 central London local authorities. We work together with our member authorities and with other stakeholders to support inclusive and sustainable growth in central London so that our economy thrives and our residents benefit from the opportunities this creates. CLF supports coordination and collaboration across the sub‑region, we conduct research, shape policy development and manage large‑scale employment and skills programmes.
The Central London Integration Hub is a programme that seeks to help central London residents access the support they need to move into decent work. In a complex, fragmented employment and skills landscape, Londoners often struggle to find the services that best meet their needs. The Hub will address these challenges by supporting the integration of employment and skills services, driving partnership working and enabling high‑quality referrals so people can access the support that best meets their needs.
Londoners are able to access the support they need to upskill and to access good work. Employment and skills providers and other key stakeholders work together to coordinate support and ensure effective referrals. The employment and skills system delivers multi‑agency, person‑centred support. The Hub will initially focus on three specific groups who face multiple barriers to work: disabled central Londoners, refugees and NEET young people (17‑24). It will also aim to support collaboration more broadly across the employment and skills system. The Central London Integration Hub is funded by the Mayor of London.
This exciting and varied role will support the delivery of the Central London Integration Hub. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people into good work, who has experience of the employment and skills system and who has excellent project management, communication and digital skills.
Salary: £42,000 inclusive of all allowances
Contractual Hours: 35 hours per week
Basis: Full time, Fixed term contract until 31 March 2027
