We have a busy workload, and we are looking for someone to join our team of existing, experienced Class 2 & 3 Registered Building Inspectors. Working with eminent designers and contractors, our projects portfolio includes some of the UK’s largest buildings, predominantly multi-million-pound office and retail developments, hotels and residential apartment blocks, incorporating leading edge innovative design solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled, Class 3 Registered Building Inspector, who is dynamic, competent, and willing to develop their knowledge and skills. You must be committed to delivering a world class Building Control service in a highly competitive market. You will play an important role in ensuring the viability and standing of the City District Surveyor’s Office now and into the future. Professionally qualified, you will have extensive professional and technical skills necessary to work within a competitive Building Control environment. If you are not yet registered as a Class 3 RBI but have already gained Class 2 registration, and you can demonstrate the right skills and experience, support could be offered to the right person continue their progress to Class 3. As part of the package, the City of London Corporation will pay your registration fees with the Building Safety Regulator as well as two professional memberships such as RICS or CABE plus IFE.
