The predicted salary is between 36900 - 64610 £ per year.

Salary: £36,900 - £64,610 (Career grade) per annum inclusive of all allowances.

Contract: Full time

Workplace Attendance Category for this role is Hybrid; you'll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.

In your role with the District Surveyor, you will gain unique and invaluable experience in building construction and engineering and work with leading design and construction professionals embracing modern and innovative techniques. At the same time, you will be fully supported in undertaking professional studies and training with a view to attaining chartered status of your chosen professional body and becoming a fully qualified Building Inspector.

The Environment Department is responsible for the delivery of a range of services for the built environment including a high-quality Building Control service within the Square Mile and beyond. This is operated by the District Surveyors Office which is the leading provider of Building Control services within the City of London and has a long history of working on prestigious projects.
