We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to both the Deputy Head of City Schools and the Director of Operations and Estates. This role spans all three City of London Independent Schools and supports senior leaders in delivering strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, diary management, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
- Assist with Project Management Office functions across the schools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous PA or administrative experience.
- Strong written and communication skills with a proactive working style.
- Flexible approach and high proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
- Full‑time availability, working all year round (52 weeks per annum).
