We are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join City of London School Facilities Management team for 6 months. The successful candidate will be a highly effective and efficient administrator who will be able to support all functions within the team. They will play a key role in assisting the Events & Letting Manager with the management of internal bookings and events. They will have strong communication skills and have a pro-active approach to planning and prioritising work, with the ability to use initiative appropriately.
