We are looking for an Attendance Lead and Section Administrator to join an outstanding and dedicated Pastoral team at City of London School.

Responsibilities

  • Improve whole‑school attendance by identifying patterns of absence, leading early interventions, and fostering strong partnerships with families and staff to promote consistent pupil engagement.
  • Support Heads of Section by providing high‑level administrative support, coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations.
  • Use data analysis skills to review and improve attendance processes.
  • Act as an empathetic communicator with families and staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to work within clear timeframes and as part of a friendly, pupil‑focused team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong data and analysis skills.
  • Attendance‑related experience desirable, though not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
