We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic PA to provide dedicated support to both the Deputy Head City Schools and the Director of Operations and Estates. This unique role involves supporting senior leaders across all three City of London independent schools, delivering strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support and diary management
- Meeting coordination
- Assistance with the Project Management Office function
- Other ad hoc duties as required by senior leaders
Essential qualifications:
- Previous PA/administrative experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- Proactive work style with a flexible approach
- High proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills
- Full‑time availability (52 weeks per year)
