City of London Corporation through its Housing Service is recruiting two Resident Decant Officers to support major refurbishment across social housing estates, including the Square Mile.
You will work to decant residents with care, coordinating timescales, and liaising with contractors to limit disruption.
The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, fixed term to 31 March 2029, with Enhanced DBS and BPSS checks required.
Prior experience with decanting or refurbishment projects is highly valued.
