We are seeking a Project Standards and Capability Manager to lead the development of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) standards, training and best practice across the organisation. You will play a key role in building project management capability, managing our Project Management Academy, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development of P3M standards, tools and frameworks.
- Design and deliver learning and development programmes for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Manage the Project Management Academy and external training providers.
- Build and lead a P3M community of practice.
- Coach and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Drive portfolio management maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
- Significant experience developing and embedding project, programme and portfolio management frameworks.
- Experience establishing or supporting a PMO/PPM Centre of Excellence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills.
- Experience delivering training and capability development programmes.
- Professional project or programme management qualifications (such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM or equivalent experience).
