The predicted salary is between 38080 - 42150 Β£ per year.

Department: Community & Children's Services Department

Salary: Β£38,080 - Β£42,150 per annum inclusive of London Weighting

Contractual hours: 35 hours per week

Hours of Work/Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:00pm

Basis: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Description and Person Specification:

From managing diaries, arranging travel, and coordinating conferences to drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and general typing, you will provide a range of administrative services. You will also undertake project work on behalf of the Director of Property & Estate Management, manage confidential filing systems, and organise events at the Barbican Estate, overseeing catering and equipment. Some budgetary responsibilities may be delegated on a project basis.

Prior experience in a senior administrative role, such as project or event management, is desirable. Strong written and oral communication skills with stakeholders across housing or property management are essential. Familiarity with developing policies and procedures and undertaking research work when necessary is required.
