We are the City of London Corporation, our work underpins services, investments and priorities that benefit the Square Mile, London and beyond. To help deliver this, we are seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to support our Financial Services Director.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the Chamberlain's Department. Acting as a trusted partner to the Financial Services Director, you will provide high-quality executive support, manage a complex and demanding diary, coordinate high-profile meetings and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including elected Members, Chief Officers, senior colleagues and external partners.

Alongside traditional executive support responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting departmental projects, leadership meetings, colleague engagement activities and internal communications. You will be an excellent communicator, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, as is the confidence to work independently while building effective relationships across a complex organisation.

We believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a wide range of benefits including competitive leave allowances, excellent pension arrangements, learning and development opportunities, wellbeing support and flexible working options.
