Are you an experienced and creative learning professional who can design and deliver engaging development experiences that make a real difference? We are looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Trainer to join the Learning and Organisational Development team within People & HR at the City of London Corporation, supporting colleagues and managers to build the skills, confidence and capability needed to deliver our organisational priorities.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Design, deliver and evaluate high-quality learning interventions across a broad range of organisational and departmental priorities.
- Facilitate workshops for individuals, teams and people managers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to diagnose learning needs.
- Use blended learning approaches, including digital content, to ensure development is accessible, practical and impactful.
You will bring proven experience of designing and delivering effective learning and development interventions, ideally within a complex organisation and with a strong focus on supporting people managers. You will be a confident facilitator and communicator, with excellent planning and organisational skills, strong IT capability and a commitment to delivering inclusive, innovative and high-quality learning.
A recognised L&D or training qualification, such as an APGCE or CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping learning across the City Corporation, contributing to strategic organisational development and helping colleagues achieve their full potential in a dynamic and evolving environment.
