Are you a creative digital learning professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging, accessible and impactful learning experiences? We are looking for a Digital Design Coordinator to join our People & HR team on a fixed-term contract and help shape the way colleagues learn, develop and connect with important organisational priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your creativity, technical expertise and passion for learning to design and deliver high-quality digital content across a wide range of platforms. You will play a key role in developing online learning, producing interactive resources, supporting digital training delivery and helping colleagues access the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Working closely with Learning and Organisational Development colleagues, departments, managers, IT and external partners, you will bring learning content to life through video, audio, infographics, e-learning and other digital tools. You will also support the management of online learning systems, analyse learning data, contribute to compliance reporting and identify opportunities to strengthen and improve the digital learning offer.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Brings curiosity, innovation and a commitment to improving the learning experience for colleagues.

In return, you will work on varied and meaningful digital learning projects, develop your skills in a supportive L&OD environment and contribute to work that helps colleagues across the organisation learn, grow and perform at their best.

If you are ready to combine creativity, technology and learning to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
