The City of London’s Housing Service manages 11 housing estates, totalling 3000 homes. Two of these estates are in the Square Mile and a further 9 estates are in neighbouring London boroughs. Our tenants and leaseholders are at the heart of everything we do, supporting us as we strive to effectively manage, maintain, and improve the property that is their home.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team with responsibility for supporting client-side governance and contract management.
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants and contractors on new development projects and major works.
  • Provide project management skills to support the delivery of new development projects and major works.
  • Maintain excellent communication with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, with the right attitude, drive and enthusiasm.

Post Details and Commitments

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain a standard DBS.
