TheRole
As AdministrativeManager, you will be the backbone of administrative excellence across NLOS. Reporting directly to the Superintendent,you'lloversee the full spectrum of business administration, financial processing, systems development, compliance, and internal coordination.You'llalso lead a dynamic Support Services Team of six, helping to shape a high-performing, positive, and collaborative office culture.
Your work will span everything from ensuring smoothand efficientday-to-dayoperations,to supporting senior leadership with critical information, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and making sure NLOSremainsaligned with City Corporation standards and procedures.
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining systems, supporting staff, and helping a busy division deliver at its best.
