City of London Academy Shoreditch Park is seeking a Reflection Room Manager to oversee the daily operation of the Reflection Room, maintaining a calm, secure and highly structured environment. You will supervise students, ensure quiet, independent work and high standards of behaviour, and implement behaviour systems while recording progress and reporting to the Behaviour Team.
The role requires fluent English and a commitment to safeguarding; you will work with pastoral staff to support students.
