We are looking for a School Business Manager to join our team to strengthen the support function of the school. This senior leadership role is at the heart of a vibrant school, responsible for leading the management of finance, administration, HR, estates, catering, and health and safety. Working closely with the Headteacher and the central Trust team, you will ensure efficient, secure and effective business operations that support outstanding outcomes for pupils.

Responsibilities

  • Embed Trust policies and procedures across business functions.
  • Manage and lead multiple teams in finance, administration, HR, estates, catering, and health & safety.
  • Work collaboratively with the Headteacher to align business operations with educational aims.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and Trust requirements.

Requirements

The role is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016; fluency in spoken English is essential.
