The Head of Year is responsible for working closely with families, tutors, teachers and the attendance team to promote excellent attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and attainment across the year group.
They lead and monitor the pastoral experience, coordinate appropriate interventions and year-group activities, support the internal behaviour provision (ER), and contribute to student support through Teaching Assistant duties.
