Team Leader – District Leader Reports To: District Leader Function: Promote store sales and growth through quality leadership.

Responsibilities to Store Personnel:

  • Fully train and develop all employees
  • Fully develop an Assistant Team Leader if required
  • Lead others through exemplary work habits
  • Demonstrate and teach store functions and activities
  • Identify store strengths and weaknesses
  • Offer solutions to store problems
  • Willing to do repetitive work
  • Honest and dependable
  • Neat appearance and presentation of self

Floating District Leader – Sprint Mart Location: Primarily Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana (extensive travel required).

Team Member – Food Service Reports To: Team Leader Function: Promote store sales and growth through quality customer service.

Responsibilities to Customers:

  • Greet every customer as they enter the store
  • Offer to assist the customer while shopping

Required Skills:

  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more)
  • Able to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Able to work in a team
  • Willing to do repetitive work

Operations Support – Maintenance Function: Stock, maintain and clean all company equipment and properties; Perform regular and directed landscaping maintenance, including mowing lawns with riding or push mowers, trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks and buildings; weeding, thinning and cleaning flower beds.
