The City of Lincoln Council is looking for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our Housing Repairs Service based at Hamilton House in Lincoln.
You will be required to install level access showers, widen doors and make minor adaptations such as fitting grab handles and stair rails.
Other duties will include undertaking general repair and maintenance tasks associated to plastering including bathroom and kitchen repairs and installations.

Key responsibilities
- Plastering repairs and maintenance, including all associated tasks such as removals and replacement of kitchens or bathrooms as well as associated pipework.
- Install walk-in showers, including tiling, shower wall installation, plumbing work and floor work.
- Installations of over-bath showers, including tiling and plumbing works.
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs / upgrades.
- Undertake core trade tasks in both occupied and void properties when required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
- Experience in a similar multi-skilled role.
- Proficiency in the core trade of Plasterer.
- CSCS Card or willing to undertake training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to develop technical skills and adapt to changing technologies.
