Introduction: The City of Lincoln Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to work within the Licensing Team based at City Hall, LN1 1DD.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include

  • General admin support for all team members.
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Teams.
  • Creating and sending renewal letters, updating and maintaining databases, and populating spreadsheets.
  • Creating licences using the Civica APP.
  • Issuing taxi test certificates and e‑mailing applicants/licence holders.
  • Making and receiving phone calls from various stakeholders.
