This role will primarily be based at our Riverside Campus; however, you will also be required to provide support at our City Office as needed.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, acting as a first point of contact at the help desk and responding to enquiries in person, by email and by telephone. The role includes preparing reports, maintaining accurate spreadsheets and databases, booking appointments, and ensuring that records are managed efficiently. You will also prepare and distribute materials to support Student Development processes, including training timetables and workshop resources, and provide assistance with the organisation and delivery of events.
