Student Accommodation Administration Assistant / Receptionist
This role involves assisting the Student Accommodation Accounts Administrator in the efficient operation of the student accommodation reception. You will provide advice and support to residents, assist front-of-house, and ensure security of the building. You will take bookings using the computerised accommodation package and inform applicants of charges and conditions.

Qualifications
- SVQ Level III/3 Higher Grades (or equivalent) in administration or business studies, with recent relevant administration experience.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Employment details
- Permanent Part Time: 25 hours per week (could entail shift work).
- Grade 2 BAR: Β£26,532 to Β£27,312 per annum pro rata (Starting salary commences at Β£26,532).
