3343 – Recruitment & Retention Officer JOB VACANCY INTERNAL & EXTERNAL Recruitment & Retention Officer Fixed Term Maternity Cover, until 17th August 2025 Full-Time, 35 hours per week Salary: £31,920 – £34,332 per annum (starting salary commences at £31,920 per annum) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy HR department to assist in the efficient delivery of the College recruitment needs. The successful candidate will be involved in the co-ordination of the full recruitment process from preparation of job descriptions, drafting and posting adverts and organising the interview process. Liaising with HR and managers on the progress of recruitment highlighting any queries, concerns or areas of risk, ensuring that the recruitment process is followed in with line with the College’s Recruitment Policy and procedure and relevant legislation. In addition, the role will also provide administrative support and be responsible for all administration of the recruitment automated tracking system. The ideal candidate will have a certificate in HR/Recruitment practice (or an appropriate HNC/SVQ Level III qualification) or relevant work experience. Applicants should have experience of working within a Recruitment or HR function in a diverse organisation, including experience of inputting data, running reports and managing multiple conflicting priorities with tight deadlines simultaneously. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. You should have working knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel. Experience of iTrent would be desirable.
