We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of SVQ Coordinator within our SVQ Team, based in Corporate Development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of work-based assessors, overseeing the delivery of Engineering related work-based qualifications. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards and ensuring the success of our candidates and students.

You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with external partners, candidates, and employers, while delivering excellent customer service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently are essential, as is a proactive and flexible approach. Commitment to continued professional development (CPD) is highly valued.

In this role, you will work closely with the SVQ Manager and the wider Curriculum team to coordinate SVQ delivery. Your contribution will be integral to the smooth running of the SVQ Team and the achievement of our organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience relating to SVQ Qualifications, Modern Apprenticeship reportage. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and can work flexibly as part of a team.
