Overview

Fixed Term 12 months - 14 hrs per week. Grade 2: £27,682 - £29,548 per annum pro rata (successful candidate will commence at £27,682).

Responsibilities

  • The post holder will provide administrative support to the Student Records Team.
  • This will include maintenance of relevant databases and accurate input and retrieval of data from these databases.
  • The successful candidate will process ITA set-ups, ITA bookings and claim funding using ITA software along with general administrative duties including typing letters and memos, filing and responding to queries via e-mail and phone.

Qualifications

  • A relevant HNC / 3 Higher grades or equivalent level qualification.
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative / clerical role within an educational setting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Previous experience of data entry.
  • An understanding of the role of a Student Records function within an organisation would be desirable.
