  • 1-year temporary (maternity leave cover)
  • 28 hours per week

Are you passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed?

We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Student Advisor to join our Student Experience Directorate and make a positive impact on students' lives.

About the Role

  • Financial capability and student funding.
  • Personal support and wellbeing.
  • Support priority group students as one of the named Student Advisors.
  • Career pathways and progression.

You will also be responsible for assessing and distributing financial aid via Discretionary and Trust Funds to eligible students, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.

About You

  • Educated to degree level with experience in providing guidance and support to individuals.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges students face and the ability to help them make informed decisions.
  • A motivated self-starter who can create a supportive and encouraging environment through coaching and mentoring.

Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory PVG Disclosure Check & Certificate of Good Conduct (as applicable at their own cost) and must be eligible to work in the UK.
